A celebration of female energy, the divine within and women’s bodies. Explore the anatomy of heart openers, hip openers and how they can deepen your backbending practice. All levels are welcome. Partner stretching & support, Vinyasa Flow infused with dance movements, and meditation focusing on awakening your inner goddess. Dress in layers to celebrate your body.
